HISTORY
Pace Tech  was formed in 1987. During the past decade, the company has positioned itself as a
reputable leader in the  manufacturing and distribution of quality medical monitoring equipment
worldwide.


PURPOSE
To bring low cost high tech medical instruments to the world.


MISSION STATEMENT
To provide health care providers with high quality medical monitoring equipment where we can be
proud of the integrity and workmanship of each product sold to the end-user. To offer superior
customer service, always remembering that life sustaining and important medical analysis decisions
are based on readings rendered by our equipment.


PRINCIPAL'S QUALIFICATION
Company founder and shareholder, Ilhan Bilgutay worked for many years as an electrical engineer in
research and development to several major manufacturing companies. He holds a Master's Degree in
Electrical Engineering. He organized his first business enterprise in Minnesota in 1972 and relocated
to Florida in 1978.

 Ilhan holds several U.S. patents including the Optical Character Reading System and Bar Code Font
used world-wide on all grocery items and inventory control applications. He also holds a patent on the
unique, artifact resistant blood pressure monitoring system which formed the basis of Pace Tech's
pioneering entry into the pre-hospital emergency medical market of automatic blood pressure
monitors.

Ilhan's original efforts were in the area of designing and manufacturing the first self-monitoring device
for people with implanted pacemakers. Now, he focuses on new product developments for the
company. The company has actively engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, and
marketing of multi-parameter physiological monitors.

In 1995, Pace Tech  invested considerably in modernizing and redesigning the entire product line.
The new product line has a unique style and computer age look which is well accepted by the
end-user for it's appearance, quality, and price.


THE FUTURE
 Major emphasis will continue on research and development of new technology. We have proposals in
front of various global regulatory groups to approve our next generation product line. Projects are
already underway to enhance the newest product line with improvements necessary to keep us
globally competitive well in the next century.


LOCATION
 Pace Tech  is located in the high tech Tampa Bay area at 510 Garden Avenue North, Clearwater,
Florida, in a 8,300 square foot commercial complex with a manufacturing, sales, administration
building, engineering building, and a manufacturing / storage annex. Recently, Pace Tech has added
a sheet metal and a painting division.
